     Shiloh Downs is located on the east side of I35 about 2 miles south of Ovilla Road and 9 miles west of I45 giving our residents an easy commute to a variety of shopping and dining experiences.

     Shiloh Downs is a gated, deed restricted community, meaning that we have convents, codes and restrictions that must be followed. Our residents pay annual assessments which are used to grow and maintain our neighborhood. 

   

     Shiloh Downs is known as the only Equestrian community in Ellis County with large home sites which set on a gently rolling countryside, containing fifty-eight (58) exclusive homesites ranging in size from 2 acres to over 12 acres. It is characterized by over 5 miles of 3 rail white vinyl fencing outlining roadways, riding trails, and recreational greenbelt area. Shiloh Downs offers country living at its best.
