Shiloh Downs is a community that is managed completely by people like yourself who sacrificially give their time and efforts to serve the community. Their service is found in the role of a Board or Committee member.

Regardless of their "title" they are the life-blood of the H.O.A.

They gather information,  influence policies, suggest solutions to ongoing problems or challenges, and represent the opinions of the community at large. They benefit the association through furthering involvement of individuals in the community, inspiring the use of residents’ special talents for the greater good, serving as a training ground for those interested in being on the Board of Directors in the future, and allowing residents to get to know each other on a more personal level.
